Informative Transitions
This is a paper I published in Cognitive Psychology with my advisor, Ben Rottman. We conducted several experiments and modified a reinforcement learning model to explain our findings.
Ballistics Project
I explored the possibility that guns that use the .223 round (like the AR-15) are particularly deadly because they have a high power/kick ratio. I found that .223 guns do not seem to be outliers in this metric.
Hockey Project
A fun project involving visualizing shot location data using the NHL’s API. The next step is probably to break this down at the player level and look at shot distributions for different players on different lines: Do players with a lot of overlap make good or bad linemates?
